i wanna be a mom(ish)! i want to make a baby, be involved in their life, and give them my love and time. but i *don't* want to be a legal or full-time parent. my writer's lifestyle, alas!, is just not suited to it (think up-and-down income, annual artist residency or visiting scholar appointment, frequent periods of intensive archival research). maybe there are some folks out there who need eggs & want to start a queer family? i am full of love and energy and would definitely want to be involved -- but more like a helpful aunt than a child-rearing mom. deutsch geht natuerlich auch. ich selber bin halb ami halb deutsch. my home is berlin, but my parents are still in new york, and i lead a pretty transatlantic life.
